Life can often feel like a series of roles we get stuck playing - whether it’s the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, the one who always has to keep it together, or the one who’s always angry. These roles can become exhausting, leaving you feeling reactive, burnt out, and unsure of how to break free.

 

Sometimes, it takes reaching the edge - feeling on the brink of a breakdown or realising something has to change - to finally seek relief and reclaim your life.

My name is Charly El Kashory and I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s beneath these patterns. Together, we’ll work to uncover the parts of you that are holding onto old pain and help them heal, so you can lead a more authentic, empowered life.

By establishing trust and safety, you can express your feelings without judgment, gaining clarity and insight into your reactive patterns. As you make space for your authentic self, you'll find new ways to navigate life's challenges, empowering you to respond more authentically rather than reactively.

 

Ultimately, this journey is about embracing self-compassion and authenticity, allowing for greater emotional resilience and freedom in your life.

I work exclusively online to ensure flexibility and accessibility, offering 60 or 90-minute sessions. Whether you need a safe space to talk, explore parts of yourself through Internal Family Systems (IFS), or work through past trauma, I’ll meet you wherever you are in your journey.
